Cash and Card Tariff Increase

From Monday 29th November we will be increasing the Card and Cash Tariff prices for customer booking journeys. This increase is in response to very high demand from passengers for rides. To utilise that demand for increase in income, our analysis projects this will provide on average a £40 increase per week for driver income, this is only an average, the more your work the more increase you'll see. The tariff pattern increase can be seen below, as you can see we have completely removed our previous cheapest rate.

Settle

From Tuesday 7th December there will be an additional £5 increase per week for all drivers on settle costs. These will be included on invoices emailed out from Monday 6th December for payments due. The 10p booking fee will continue to be standard on all invoices.

Car Rental

From Tuesday 7th December the car rental prices will increase by £5 per week for all drivers who currently rent a vehicle. These will be included on invoices emailed out from Monday 6th December for payments due.

These costs increases are to adjust to increased costs throughout the industry.

Referral Scheme

Referral Scheme Amendment. Signed Agreement, 2a, 2b, 2c "Earning Cap" will refer to the amount which applies for the eligible driver to earn for the discount in the relevant week to apply. The Earning Cap will always be 4x Relevant Settle Item Charge, meaning the increase currently for any driver on the scheme will increase to (x4) of the amount. Any new drivers referred will start eligibility at this new "Earning Cap" as stated in 2a, 2b, 2c in the Referral T&C's. Available on request.
